Puzzle Bank - Daily Games · Last updated September 8, 2026
This policy explains what information Puzzle Bank - Daily Games ("the app," "we," "us") collects, why, and how you can control or delete it. The app is developed and operated by an individual developer, Michal Zuk.
Account identity. When you first open the app, it creates an anonymous account with a randomly generated ID and a randomly generated display name (e.g. "Guest12345678"). You can optionally rename your display name, or link your Apple ID via Sign in with Apple to keep your account tied to your device/account across reinstalls. When you link with Sign in with Apple, we do not request or receive your name or email address — only a stable identifier confirming the link.
Gameplay data. Your scores, completion times, streaks, hints used, and achievement progress for each puzzle you play, so your stats, leaderboard position, and progress can be saved and shown back to you.
Purchase history. If you buy anything in the app (removing ads, archive access, hint/streak-freeze bundles), Apple's StoreKit processes the transaction and we record which product you bought and when, so we can grant and — if a purchase is refunded — revoke the corresponding in-app benefit. We do not see or store your payment details (card numbers, etc.) — that's handled entirely by Apple.
Advertising data. The app includes optional, opt-in rewarded video ads (watch an ad to unlock a bonus). When this feature is active, showing an ad may involve sharing a device advertising identifier and related ad-interaction data with our advertising partner (Google AdMob) to select and measure ads. Before this happens, iOS will ask for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, ads are still shown, just without personalization. We limit ad content to Google's "General audiences" rating, so the ads shown are held to the same suitability standard as the app itself. This feature may not be active in every version of the app.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your gameplay or purchase data for any purpose beyond operating the app itself.
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and every piece of data tied to it at any time from within the app: Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, scores, stats, purchase records, and achievements from our servers — this action cannot be undone.
Puzzle Bank - Daily Games carries a 4+ App Store age rating. That rating describes its content — the puzzles contain nothing unsuitable for any age — and we cap advertising at Google's "General audiences" rating for the same reason.
It is nonetheless a general-audience app rather than one aimed at children: it is not designed for, marketed to, or built around children, and it is not published in the App Store Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it. An account and all data tied to it can also be deleted at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account).
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
